Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to achieve in order to best help you.
In turn, I will explain the treatment I think you would benefit from, what you can expect to gain from it, and the journey to get there.
This may include Sports Massage, home-care and exercises, stretching advice, taping and strapping or participation in our Clinical Yoga sessions
Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy are some of the tools I use to help heal.
Whether it's to treat injury, pain, stress, alignment issues or headaches the benefits of quality, well rounded treatments can be life changing. I would be honored to take that journey with you.
My goal is for us to work together to take better care of your health, long-term.
Sports Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body.
This massage is beneficial for athletes looking for general recovery, those who sit for long periods of time, and those just looking general or maintenance treatment, or those suffering with stress, pain or tension.
This is a more in depth treatment focusing on particular injuries, points of concern, rehabilitation and prehabilitation.
This covers injury assessment and can include soft tissue repair and alignment, treating compensation patterns, improving proprioception and decreasing the risk of re-injury.
